- 活塞杆镀铬层 使用测试仪器：原装进口KETT膜厚仪， 活塞杆镀铬层单边厚度≥35μm，提高活塞杆耐磨性和防腐性， 现今液压行业活塞杆镀铬层厚度标准为30~50μm。
- 活塞杆表面粗糙度 使用测试仪器：原装进口粗糙度仪Mitutoyo SJ-210， 活塞杆表面光洁度<0.1μm， 现今液压行业活塞杆表面光洁度标准Ra值为0.1~0.3μm。
- 缸筒内壁粗糙度测试 本厂要求缸筒采用多次研磨以及镗削滚光工艺， 内壁光洁度<0.1μm，保证活塞密封件寿命， 现今液压行业缸筒内壁光洁度标准为0.16~0.32μm。
- 注重细节 活塞和缸盖的密封槽均拥有良好的光洁度和同心度，从而减少密封件在槽内移动产品的摩擦磨损，极大提高使用寿命及油缸稳定性。高精度的活塞缸盖配上优质的耐磨环和密封圈，使油缸持久应对高强度作业。

发雄液压油缸介绍发雄液压油缸介绍
我公司的油缸制造设计从最安全，持久，为顾客创造利益出发，不断创新细化设计，从用料到制造中的各个环节，深化研究每一个部件的高精生产。
（一）耐压保压试验
每支油缸出厂前都要严格执行出厂耐压试验，出厂耐压试验标准为4700 Psi耐压测试时间15~30分钟范围，如客户压力使用有特殊要求，则可按客户要求订制。
（二）活塞杆标准
活塞杆是非常重要运动部件，要有刚性，高硬度以及高耐磨，这是油缸耐用的基本条件之一。我公司油缸用的活塞杆先经毛胚调至处理至HB270~285，表面经高频或中频处理硬度达HRC55±2，表面镀硬铬单边厚度不少于35μm，表面光洁度Ra值达到0.1~0.05μm，直线度公差不大于0.1mm/1000mm，持久应对侧向受力的高强度作业。
（三）缸筒标准
缸筒内壁均执行镗削滚光或衡磨工艺，从而光洁度Ra值达到0.1μm以下，滚光使缸体内壁硬度增加、高光滑内壁，全效保护密封件，使密封件更耐磨；在油缸长时间高负荷工作下，极大提高密封组件的使用寿命。
（四）密封件的配套
密封件采用进口德国，英国，意大利等进口原厂密封件，并根据不同的油缸结构调整各密封组合，以求达到油缸最完美状态，极大地提高液压油缸的密封性及其耐用性。
（五）导向件的选用
导向件采用高硬度、耐高温、耐磨、非导电的进口材料，配合加长导向设计，使用大面积支撑环或在原密封件具备支撑环情况下另增加支撑环结构。油缸受较大侧向力时，高精加长的支撑环能保证密封件的长久使用以及油缸稳定运作，避免活塞与缸筒内壁，以及活塞杆与缸盖的直接磨擦而损坏。
（六）加工的刀具及设备
油缸的使用寿命以其加工精度为基础，活塞杆和缸筒均使用高性能进口美国，日本，欧洲数控刀具高光加工，核心部件均采用进口高精数控机床进行高光洁度及高同心度精加工，光洁度与同心度位于行业前列。
（七）为客户省钱
服务于客户，全缸零部件可拆卸，方便维修或替换单件，免除后顾之忧。
（八）同心度
全缸零部件同心度不大于0.04mm。
（九）宗旨及目标

（十）目前油缸市场现状
现今大多油缸供应商只从利益出发，以谋取利益为最终目的，漠视客户的安全使用。液压市场风气不良，设计结构仅考虑在成本开销上怎样达到最低，甚至有一些供应商擅用劣质材料，如降低油缸应有的工艺要求，进而打出所谓的价格优势，忽视质量的重要性，导致设计简陋，用料缩水，缸筒内壁加工，缸盖加工，活塞加工甚为粗糙，加速密封件磨损，同心度偏差远远超出使用允许范围，密封件使用高仿品配套，使用铁圈作导向套等等，严重影响使用寿命及安全导致损害消费者利益。
